Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the following routes for common Montgomery County court needs:
- A docket sheet: use case lookup through Clerk PRO or the correct court portal, or request it from the clerk
- A court date or setting: use court dates, then confirm a setting with the court or clerk
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with case lookup by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
